One of the littlest Lahusee people.

The Thai government school, just a five minute walk away from the village. The students go to school through the equivalent of sixth grade.

After we visited the school, there was more dancing.

You'll notice me and Krista on the right side of this picture. Some of the dances were tricky, but we did our best!

You can clearly see the basket in the tree which they are dancing around. The offering (it goes to the head of the village) has much less significance than it used to, but they still do it for tradition's sake.

On the way home, we stopped for pie! This is Judy (Grace librarian), Sarah (teaches in the Philipines), and Grace (4th grade teacher at Grace)

It was cold and we were tired on the way home, so Holly and I laid down in the middle of the truck.

Then Krista was cold and wanted to join us. We were so squished!!! But we were having fun and singing all sorts of kids songs, including 99 Bottles of Pop on the Wall the ENTIRE way through.

Turning over became quite an ordeal! But we had a good time! Look back at the first photo in the album to get an idea of how tight it was with three across between the benches.
