To go with the rice, we had these three dishes. On the left is pork cooked with pepper and other spices in a way that it is dry, kind of like jerky. In the center is a stew of various vegetables, beans, and pork. On the right is pork cooked with lemon and salt that was very moist. All three were good, but the pepper one was my favorite.

We sat on the floor to eat.
