Some of the mannequins are fairly normal looking, except for missing fairly obvious features. In this case, it's hair, but others are missing fingers, legs, heads, etc. It varies tremendously, and the rest of the mannequin is often in great detail.

Many of the male mannequins have facial hair. This one's painted, but often it's drawn on with markers.

These are some of the more mild-mannered Thai mannequins.

Rainbow colored hair definitely makes the outfit look better.

Brightly colored hair is almost a given with Thai mannequins (unless they're bald or headless).

Another common feature is the very wide open mouth. Don't ask me why....
